Visibly AI (“Visibly”, “we”, “us”) is an AI on-site SEO and GEO optimization service operated by Emet Digital. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What data we collect
- Account details — your name and email address, so we can create your account and contact you about the service.
- Sites you register — the domains you add, plus the verification tokens (meta tag or DNS TXT values) used to confirm you own or control each site.
- Crawl results and audit findings — the pages, metadata, and on-page signals we read from your OWN verified sites, and the recommendations we generate from them.
- Content drafts — the AI-generated content you ask us to draft, which stays in draft until you approve it.
- Webhook delivery logs — records of approved items we deliver to your CRM or webhook, so you and we can confirm delivery.
What the snippet does — and does not — do
The Visibly snippet is a lightweight, versioned vanilla-JavaScript file you add to your own site. It reads the on-page fixes you have approved and applies them in the page's DOM (for example, correcting a title tag or meta description).
The snippet does not collect analytics, does not track your visitors, and does not gather personal information (PII) or any third-party data from the host site. It fails gracefully — if anything goes wrong, your site is unaffected.
Third parties and subprocessors
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- Neon — the database that stores your account, sites, audits, and drafts.
- Anthropic — the AI provider that powers our audit analysis and content generation.
Cookies
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. When you do, we remove your sites, audit results, and drafts from active systems. See How Visibly works for details on exporting or deleting your data.
