These terms govern your use of Visibly AI (“Visibly”, the “service”), operated by Emet Digital. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
- You may only register and verify sites that you own or control.
- Verification (via meta tag or DNS TXT record) is required before we crawl a site or generate any AI content for it. No verification, no crawl.
- You may not use the service to access, audit, or generate content for sites you are not authorised to manage.
No guarantees
Visibly provides AI SEO recommendations and tools. We do not and cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, or results — search engines determine rankings based on factors outside our control. Any estimates or projections are illustrative only.
The human-approval model
Nothing is applied to your site or published on your behalf without your approval. On-page fixes are applied only after you approve them, and AI content is delivered as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing every AI draft before you use, publish, or route it anywhere.
The snippet
The Visibly snippet is provided “as is.” It is designed to fail gracefully so that your site continues to function normally even if the snippet cannot load or run. You are responsible for testing changes on your own site.
Account termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that attempt to verify or crawl sites the user does not control, or that abuse the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
